Personal boxes emptied by Royal Mail do not need to carry a cypher. Royal Mail submit boxes created given that 1994 have the wording 'Royal Mail', normally previously mentioned the aperture (lamp boxes) or over the door (pillar boxes). Ahead of this day all post boxes, except the Nameless pillar boxes, carried the wording 'Publish Business office'.
